dc.descriptionEste estudio tiene como objetivo principal identificar aquellas particularidades de las empresas del sector exportador de la Región 7 del Ecuador en el año 2013. Para determinar dichas características empresariales se realiza la investigación mediante encuestas aplicadas a los directivos de las empresas. Entre la información que el estudio aborda se destacan: el tipo de propiedad, tipo de empresa, número de accionistas, actividad CIIU, número de trabajadores, género, nivel de educación, si cuenta con departamento de ventas, un departamento de I+D, certificaciones de calidad y colaboración con otros organismos, así como cuáles son los productos y destinos de exportación, el tipo de venta, tipo de financiamiento, subvenciones del Estado, en qué innovaron las empresas y por último se consultó el uso de TIC. Basados en la información obtenida, los resultados de la tesis se alinean a lo establecido en las metas gubernamentales en temas de exportación planteados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir para el período 2009-2013. Asimismo, se proponen indicadores que permiten medir el desempeño de la zona para futuras investigaciones como fuente de información.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe main objective of this study is to identify those features of exporting-companies in the Region 7 of Ecuador in 2013. Determining these enterprise features, this research is conducted through surveys of business executives. Among the information that the study addresses are: the type of property, type of business, number of shareholders, ISIC activity, number of workers, gender, level of education, if they have sales department, a R&D department – (Research and Development), quality certifications and collaboration with other agencies, as well as what products and export destinations are, the type of sale, type of funding, State grants, companies that innovated and finally the use of ICT was consulted. Based on the information obtained, the results of the thesis are aligned on government targets export issues raised in the “Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir” for the period 2009-2013. Besides, in this study are proposed indicators to measure the performance of the area for future research as a source of information.es_ES
