Sistema de dispensación de medicamentos en dosis unitaria en la Clínica Santa Ana, cantón Cuenca, 2014

Abstract

Abstract: The Clinic Santa Ana has a System of Dispensation of Medications that doesn't satisfy the interests of the collective, and at Institutional level the service of health needs a pharmacy committee that he/she administers since and negotiate the System of Dispensation of Medications, it doesn't have a training program on the procedures of the same one, and a protocol of attention is not applied the patient with the System Unitary Dose. The project was carried out in the Clinic Santa Ana in the city of Cuenca, in the period November-February 2014, following the methodology of the appropriate logical mark, and whose purpose was to implement a System of Dispensation of Medications in Unitary Dose in the Institution. The results that he/she has had the present work they are: 1) to conform a committee of Pharmacy that controls, administer the System Unitary Dose; 2) it was qualified the personnel of health in the processes of the services of Dispensation of medications and: 3) a Protocol of Medical care settled down with the System Unitary Dose.
