Abstract: This work consists in analyzing the replacement of the Ecuadorian Children lyrical, for which; a literature and experimental research was conducted, in order to unravel the main reasons that led to the replacement of the same. It should be noted that in the past these word games were an important contribution to the overall development of children, some as rounds and jingles contributed to the process engine infants. The recreational development is important in development; for it is the ability to feel and express various emotions, not many decades ago took place at the same time to play, through child lyrical, children saw the need to seek wider spaces where recreation, as well as increased the socialization usually with people of the same age and interests in common, but today many children and young unknown, or have fully substituted games Ecuadorian oral tradition.
Description: El presente trabajo, consiste en el análisis de la sustitución de la lírica infantil ecuatoriana, para lo cual; se realizará una investigación bibliográfica y experimental, con la finalidad de desentrañar los principales motivos que han llevado a la sustitución de la misma. Se debe tener en cuenta que en épocas anteriores estos juegos de palabras constituían un aporte importante para el desarrollo integral de la niñez, algunos de ellos como las rondas y las retahílas contribuían en el proceso motor de los infantes. El desarrollo lúdico es importante en el desarrollo; pues es la capacidad para sentir y expresar diversas emociones, no muchas décadas atrás tenía lugar en el momento mismo de jugar, mediante la lírica infantil, los niños se veían en la necesidad de buscar espacios amplios en donde recrearse, así como también acrecentaban la socialización con personas por lo general de la misma edad e intereses en común, pero hoy en día muchos de los niños y jóvenes desconocen, o han sustituido totalmente los juegos de tradición oral ecuatoriana.
