dc.description	El presente trabajo investigativo lleva por título “Análisis Jurídico del Sistema de contratación colectiva aplicado en la empresa ETAPA EP de la ciudad de Cuenca 2013-2014”. El contrato colectivo es el convenio celebrado entre la parte empleadora y la parte trabajadora que se encuentran legalmente constituidas, de acuerdo a la normativa pertinente, con el objeto de establecer condiciones contractuales que regirán la prestación de servicios por parte del personal de ETAPA EP; por esta razón entre las funciones principales del Comité de Empresa de ETAPA EP esta celebrar el Contrato Colectivo respectivo, con fin de alcanzar los fines propuestos, así como el cumplimiento de los principios laborales, evitando los excesos o afectación de derechos de ciertos trabajadores. El trabajo pretende analizar la Contratación Colectiva en ETAPA EP, y el resultado obtenido del presente trabajo, será informado a la Empresa y al Comité de Empresa, a fin informar falencias que se estarían presentando en la Contratación Colectiva en ETAPA EP, en virtud de las cuales se pretende realizar mejoras a dicha contratación colectiva.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research work has the title “Legal collective bargaining system analysis applied on the ETAPA EP company of the city of Cuenca 2013-2014” The collective agreement is an agreement between the employer and the working part that are legally constituted, according to relevant regulations, in order to establish contractual conditions which will govern the provision of services by the staff of ETAPA EP; for this reason among the main functions of the company´s committee of ETAPA EP is celebrating the respective collective engagement agreement, in order to achieve its aims, as well as compliance with labor principles, avoiding the excesses or infringement of rights of certain workers. This work pretend to analyze the Collective Engagement in ETAPA EP, and the obtained result of the following work will be reported to the company and the company´s committee, to inform flaws that would be presenting in collective bargaining in ETAPA EP, under which pretend to make improvements to such employment.	es_ES
