Abstract

This research work aims to deepen knowledge of the theory of the case, with the immediate purpose of being useful to prosecutors, professors, lawyers and all those interested or benefit from its study to see, as a useful tool in oral criminal proceedings. The Theory of Case is a tool for planning and implementation, which is built from the criminal news and concludes with the verification of the hypothesis, it is the ideal place to conduct research, prepare the opening statement, arrange interviews and cross-medium introduce and practice tests, preparing the closing arguments, finally provides the strengths and weaknesses of the actor and processed. So knows the importance of this issue for the legal profession, it is furthermore makes a model theory of the case, from the theoretical point of view to plan an accurate defense application of justice, where plasma everything studied in this work.
