Análisis de las herramientas administrativas-financieras para la toma de decisiones a corto plazo y aplicación en la empresa de producción Multiprom de la ciudad de Quito, 2014

Abstract

In this thesis of research is conducted with the objective to analyze and apply basic administrative-financial tools, for making short-term decisions in Multiport Production Company located in the city of Quito. Through of this, we can visualize the strengths with those count, as well, the weaknesses of the company in which we must put more emphasis in this also we can turn them into strengths, also with production analysis pretends us to focus on products which those have higher production and profitability in the company, as well which the production doesn´t generate much profitability With the results obtained, we may implement administrative and financial tools to take the best decisions in the company; this will permit to improve the productivity, optimizing time and resource in the development of activities, since the deductions get higher information, precision and safety. Finally, I can suggest performing each year one analysis of the products in which has higher ratability for what we can review as It´s producing or in another case if this should be eliminated.
