Diseño de un corredor turístico en el cantón Portovelo, provincia de El Oro, que enlace la capital cantonal – Portovelo- , y dos de sus parroquias rurales –Morales/Salatí.

Abstract

This research work named “Design of a Portovelo tourist corridor in the canton that link two of its rural parishes Morales-Salati”, has as priority a study of the current situation of the tourist sites for the project scope. This research has three chapters; the first chapter collects primary information and general data of canton of Portovelo. In the second chapter is updated the inventory of tourist sites that the canton offers and the tourist facilities to determine the best places for the tourist in the “ruta del Inca”. Prioritize the tourist potential of the canton and propose strategies that help with the progress of the canton. Obtain necessary information for give a good service to the tourist. Make an analysis of the strengths, opportunities, weakness and threats. In the last chapter, the route “Caminos del Inca” is drawn so that the roads in good condition have immediate access, addressing the places of tourist nature and so have exploited sustainably. The intention is to offer cheap tourist packages and give good service to the tourist.
