Abstract

According to innovation and improvement of our health care system in recent years, it is appropriate to learn about this reality. For this research two units of first level, Facundo Vela andTalahua belonging to the Health District O02D01 of the Province of Bolivar, such as all first-level units are facing the problem of not having evaluations analyzes timely and effective financial. In order to beat this situation and the challenge of making the financial evaluation of each center have been collected relevant data on the drives and in the district, with the help of matrices technically built and the World Health Organization program, WinSIG, can be met this purpose and thus have more objectives, technical and regal look of the situation of these centers. Data from both centers have betrayed the lack of an adequate digital and physical file and especially the lack of service providers for this project and the ignorance of those who receive on the functioning of the health system. Generalizing the results can mention that the highest percentage of investment falls on labor, a situation that must be analyzed and requiring that such investment is displayed in better care and optimize health resources.
