dc.description	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un examen de auditoría integral al área de talento humano de la Unidad Educativa Cardenal Spellman Femenino, correspondiente al periodo escolar 2013-2014, con el fin de hacer un análisis, no solo sobre la razonabilidad de las cuentas contables, sino también de los procesos del cumplimiento de las normativas internas y externas que la afectan, y considerando los índices de eficiencia y eficacia, se podrá brindar conclusiones y recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones que mejoren el desarrollo de las actividades. Este examen se lo realizó considerando cada una de las etapas de la auditoría integral de forma ordenada con el fin de obtener un informe enmarcado en las normativas de Contabilidad y Auditoría Internacionales y Ecuatorianas, que brinde a las autoridades de la Unidad Educativa Cardenal Spellman una herramienta completa y sencilla para la planificación y mejora de los recursos del área de talento humano.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research aims to conduct a comprehensive audit review of the area of human talent of the Education Unit Female Cardinal Spellman, for the 2013-2014 school year, in order to analyze not only the reasonableness of the ledger accounts, but also processes, the compliance of internal and external regulations that affect it, and considering the levels of efficiency and effectiveness, can provide conclusions and recommendations for decision-making to improve the development of activities. This test is performed considering what each of the stages of the comprehensive audit neatly in order to get a report, included in the regulations Accounting and Auditing International and Ecuadorian, to provide the authorities of the Education Unit Cardinal Spellman, a complete and simple tool for planning and improvement of human resources in the area of talent.	es_ES
