Abstract

Abstract: The project entitled "Evaluation financial establishments of health primary care rural social security of Loja 2014", was formulated with the objective to obtain health services funded benefit, billed health and development of financial strategies for improvement. The evaluation was conducted in three stages: rising cost information services provided in the intervention units; entry of information to Winsig program with generation of management boards and formulation of strategies to ensure the sustainability of their management. The methodology was based on collecting monthly financial data for the year 2014, monthly activities concentrate: medical, dental, nursing assistants, laboratory and warehouse data; the analysis of each cost center and WinSIG processing program. With this study were obtained actual costs for each of the services, recommendations for future changes that improve the quality of care for members and their efficiency. So it is important to continue with the process of costing to improve the effectiveness of financial resources allocated.
