Abstract

Abstract: This project, developed in the District Direction 06D01 Riobamba Chambo of Health, aims to contribute to the effective management guidance on the proper use of resources, to the effect set a target to design a process costing and benefits planillaje that are provided in primary care, staff training and the design of a process of monitoring and evaluation of the resources used. The objectives were met, achieving the following results: Designed, validated and tested tools and methodology of costing and planillaje services and health benefits offered five units of the first level Chambo Riobamba District. The management and staff were trained on the subject and tools. Designed, validated and tested a monitoring methodology, evaluation of productivity, performance, and management indicators. The great impact of the proposed theme is to have proposed and validated tools that can be useful for the planning of future projects.
