Evaluación financiera de los etablecimientos de salud de primer nivel de atención Centro de Salud Atucucho y Centro de Salud Santa Anita, D1705 2014

Abstract

Abstract: In Ecuador has strengthened health benefits at all levels of care, primary care, is the largest health care provider in the country, however there are no tools for performance monitoring investment in health units this level in relation to productivity. This work was done in Health Units and Santa Anita Atucucho belonging to the health district D1705 Zambiza Conception to the Metropolitan District of Quito, the same one that contains the costing of health services, the financial evaluation of production units using the rate of the national health system, the breakeven point for the studied units as well as the development of indicators for monitoring the activities and productivity of the units of primary care was calculated. The information was obtained thanks to the support of the authorities of the Area 9 and District Health D1705 Zambiza conception to the results of this research are socialized to promote decision making to improve the financial management of the audited units.
