Abstract

Abstract: The selected problem was the lack of financial evaluation of the period 2014 health center "May 28" belonging to the parish of May 28 Yacuambi Canton. Site where the project financial evaluation was performed. The same was established between the Technical University of Loja and the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, and was intended to help with a technical study to raise the institution actions that seek the optimal use of its resources. The method used in this project was the Action Project Design with logical framework approach. The results of the implementation and evaluation of health services at the health center was obtained, In addition, the economic assessment of their health benefits, and, strategies to improve financial management to this health center was proposed.
