Abstract

n the present project, a business plan is created on the creation of the Jacú Café & Music franchise, located in the country of Ecuador, province of El Oro in the city of Machala. The present work consists in identifying the viability of installing this business in the province of Loja, city of Loja. In order to carry out this project, a market analysis was carried out, which considered the offer of similar tourism category sites in the city of Loja and the respective consumer demand for this offer, with the results obtained We will proceed to document this proposal. The main objective of the study is to verify the feasibility of installing the Jacú bar restaurant, in the city of Loja this year.
