dc.description	El presente documento es una vista preliminar de la manera como se va a desarrollar el proyecto SIAC para satisfacer un requerimiento del lnstituto Oceanográfico de la Armada y una gula para el control y gestión del proyecto por parte del desarrollador. El desarrollo del mismo se lo hará utilizando la metodo!ogIa de Racional Unified Process (RUP) y comprende desde la fase de requerimientos hasta la entrega del producto. El propósito del Plan de Desarrollo de Software es proporcionar la informaciOn necesaria para controlar el proyecto. En éI se describe el enfoque de desarrollo del software y su alcance esta dado con la culminación de las tareas programadas y realizadas en los tiempos estipulados.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This document is a preview of how the SIAC project will be developed to meet a requirement of the Oceanographic Institute of the Navy and a guide for the control and management of the project by the developer. The development of the same will be done using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method and comprises from the requirement phase to the delivery of the product. The purpose of the Software Development Plan is to provide the information needed to control the project. It describes the software development approach and its scope is given with the culmination of the tasks scheduled and performed in the stipulated times.	es_ES
