Abstract

The purpose of this work is to carry out the intervention of the rehabilitation center Municipal Therapeutic Aid Station N ° 1 administered by the Municipal Amparo Patronage of Loja, whose infrastructure is anti-therapeutic for the treatment processes that provide, more Of this the public recreational area is unconcerned for this reason it proposes the total intervention and unification of the land. Based on the interviews carried out with the center's coordinators and the visit to the center, complemented by the research of similar centers, the creation of a building is proposed that presents the adequate conditions and spaces that merit these types of centers for both outpatient treatment like residential. With these first fruits is proposed the implantation of the architectural object linked to the public space (square) that opens to the community causing the pedestrian to take ownership of the place. The architectural object is executed subject to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, the administration of the center and other organizations as axes for the architectural program and the adequate projection of the required spaces.
