| Abstract: | In the city of Loja province of the same name, there is the problem of the existence of quarries that do not comply with some of the technical specifications of the Ministry of Public Works of Ecuador, which brings with it the increase of prices with respect to the transport of Materials to be used as subbases and bases in the structural package of the different pavements of the city, this is why it begins with the present investigation 'Stabilization of granular bases by the use of asphalt emulsions', which aims to improve the physical characteristics -mechanics of the material of the quarry Juan José Castillo. |
