| Abstract: | Abstract: The document describes everything related to the device designed for the measurement of electric power and potable water in the residential sector. In addition, it is mentioned the current status of monitoring systems for basic services. It is specified the system architecture that uses platforms of Internet of things, sensors, processing modules, communication and software used for the build-up of the device. Also the device is tested and evaluated in a laboratory environment and local residences, to perform an analysis of the results obtained and to identify how efficient it is compared with the traditional billing systems. Finally, a graphical interface for Android mobile devices is developed, which details the consumption of electric energy in kilowatt hour, and potable water in cubic, besides the value to pay for its consumption. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo brinda de forma práctica una solución a las barreras de accesibilidad que existen actualmente en las plataformas Web educativas, considerando que la Norma NTE INEN-ISO/IEC 40500 de accesibilidad es relativamente nueva en el Ecuador, así como el Reglamento RTE INEN 288 que obliga el estricto cumplimiento de su aplicación. La Guía de accesibilidad para plataformas Web educativas (PWE), que será el resultado del presente trabajo, están basada en la Norma NTE 40500, que a su vez es un reflejo de la Norma Internacional ISO/IEC 40500:2012, emitida por la W3C, permitirá socializar y se convertirá en una herramienta práctica para desarrolladores y administradores de contenido Web y facilitará la aplicación de las pautas en las plataformas Web educativas, aportando a la inclusión de características de accesibilidad en los diseños de plataformas Web educativas. |
