Catalogación de la Capilla la Dolorosa perteneciente a la Congregación Santa Mariana de Jesús ubicada en la parroquia El Sagrario del cantón Loja

Abstract

This end of degree work allows me to determine the historical, architectural and stylistic importance of the Chapel "La Dolorosa", starting the study from its name due to the miracle performed by the Virgen Dolorosa in the "College of Jesuits" in Quito. Built in 1924 that corresponds to a republican era, elaborated with constructive system in tapia. Its style is eclectic result of the combination of styles like the Romanesque and Gothic, product of the decree dictated by the King Carlos III, with mural painting elaborated by the artist Ángel Rubén Garrido and valuing it under the criteria of Lee and Baremo. Due to its age and lack of maintenance in the building, damages are detected for which a pathological analysis and its treatment is performed, it is not necessary that a property is in extreme deterioration to carry out its cataloging, finally it is left as a record of the property Tab made based on values of "risk and pathology sheet" INPC, allowing to obtain the degree of protection and affectation of the property.
