dc.description	Con el presente trabajo se determinó la presencia, características, clasificación y tratamiento farmacológico del dolor en pacientes con diagnóstico de insuficiencia renal crónica en la unidad renal. Se realizó mediante un estudió descriptivo con diseño cuantitativo, prospectivo y transversal. Como métodos de recolección de datos se escogió el cuestionario dirigido y la observación directa. Con una muestra de 61 pacientes de los cuales 27 (44,26%) presentaban dolor. El estudio demostró que la intensidad máxima de dolor fue 5,18 según la escala analógica del dolor. Los pacientes experimentan dolor continuo con mayor frecuencia 18,99% y las zonas que se encuentran afectadas con mayor periodicidad fueron cabeza, espalda y miembros inferiores con un (18,52%) cada una de ellas, la mayoría de las veces el dolor se manifiesta entre los periodos de las sesiones de diálisis (extradiálisis 62,96%) que intradiálisis 37,04%. El tratamiento farmacológico fue efectivo con alivio del 87,77% y un tiempo alivio de 9.48 horas entre dosis. dc.description.abstract	The present titling work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the behavior of the advance of the income tax and its impact on the profitability of the companies that benefited from the tax incentive and reinvestment of profits during the period 2003-2014. For the present investigation a comparative, quantitative and descriptive methodology has been taken into account, since it is necessary to analyze, verify and describe the different reforms and modifications that have been made in the calculation of the income tax advance. The sample of companies on which the analysis was based are companies that reinvest their profits, this sample was taken because these companies benefit from tax incentives for reinvesting their profits, as a reduction of 10 percentage points of the tax rate To income over the amount reinvested.
