Abstract: The present study aims to determine the overall survival at five years in patients with invasive cervical cancer diagnosed during the years 2006 and 2007, a descriptive, retrospective and cross - sectional study was carried out by analyzing the clinical records; Obtaining a total of 44 patients during these years. The age of greatest incidence is between 25 and 50 years. Survival was different in relation to the stage, being for stage I: 100%, stage II: 56%, stage III: 34% and stage IV: 11%. According to the Pap test, most of the population report that this test has never been performed: a total of 23 patients (56%) were diagnosed in the year of diagnosis, 7 patients (16%), 24 To 36 months 8 patients (18%) and several years ago 6 patients (14%). The diagnosis of cervical cancer is late in most patients, which makes treatment limited, increases relapses and decreases survival
