Análisis narratológico de la obra El niño que amaba las estrellas y otros cuentos de Francisco Delgado Santos

Abstract

Abstract: In this narratological analysis of child who loved the stars and other stories of the Ecuadorian writer Francisco Delgado Santos, certain narratological elements were applied, based on the linguist theory Mieke Bal, which proposes three basic elements: the fable, the history and The words, with their respective sub-elements. It was based on a literal, then inferential and finally critical reading of the text, on the one hand, On the other, denotative and connotative reading was practiced. With the theoretical basis, the reading and re-reading of the stories, the descriptive analysis of the work has been carried out, through the decomposition and the integration of its elements. In the work they highlight a range of implicit and explicit human values linked to nature, religion, education and spirit. Images play an important role in the album book, their beautiful illustrations give rise to fantastical interpretations so significant to live multiple imaginary adventures, thus contributing to develop the capacity for understanding in readers.
