| Description: | La zona de influencia del proyecto es eminentemente ganadera, constituye una de las primeras regiones donde se asentaron los colonos del cantón, pero no se le ha servido adecuadamente con una vía de acceso, razón por la cual la actividad económica se centra al campo pecuario, porque las condiciones topográficas y climáticas son favorables,además por la escasa mano de obra necesaria y fuerte demanda del producto en los mercados de Cuenca, Loja y Guayaquil pero esta actividad se ha desarrollado en forma empírica porque apenas cuenta con caminos de herradura de acceso a la zona y por tanto no hay asesoramiento técnico. |
