Diagnóstico de Helicobacter Pylori por endoscopía digestiva alta en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Básico N° 7 de la Brigada de Infantería Loja, durante el año 2015

Abstract

This review determined that 100% of patients who presented diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori had gastritis.

The age group with the highest incidence of patients diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori, was between ages 45 -49 years (31, 33%), females had higher prevalence with 78 cases (52%) and the occupation of most patients in the study was housewife with 55 cases (36.67%)

The study showed that 150 patients had gastritis corresponding to 100%.

Regarding the therapy used in the treatment of the patients inside the hospital, it was identified that 1 line therapy, corresponding to 97,33% was applied in 146 patients; in 3 patients 2 line therapy, corresponding to 2% was applied; therapy in 1 patient line 3, corresponding to 0.67% was applied.
