| Abstract: | This research was based on determined ambits of the socio-judicial study of the lawyers in free professional exercise. The Ecuadorian case, this is based on the undisputed and transcendental role that law plays in the events of societies, considering the lawyer in particular as a person altruistic and noble, whose fundamental objective is to help and give legal advice the whole community that calls for justice When their individuals are facing legal problems, and even more when infringe or violate their rights. In the present investigation manifest a professional of the right must not only gather but it shows probity both in his public life and private; In the professional must be ethical, honest and studious. The lawyer in free exercise must be very responsible in look for and find solutions, enabling a correct application of justice and law, which throughout history have been transgressed many times. |
| Description: | Este trabajo de investigación se basó en determinar el ámbito del Estudio socio-jurídico de los abogados en libre ejercicio profesional. El caso ecuatoriano. Este se sustenta en el indiscutible y transcendental papel que la abogacía juega en el acontecer de las sociedades, considerando al abogado en particular como una persona altruista y noble, cuyo único fin u objetivo fundamental es ayudar y asesorar a toda la colectividad que clama por justicia cuando sus individuos y/o ciudadanos se encuentran afrontando problemas legales, y más aún cuando se violan o conculcan sus derechos. En la presente investigación se pone de manifiesto en que un profesional del derecho debe no solo reunir sino demostrar probidad tanto en su vida pública como privada; en lo profesional debe ser ético, honesto y un estudioso permanente. En fin, el abogado en libre ejercicio debe ser muy responsable en buscar y encontrar soluciones, viabilizando una correcta aplicación de la justicia y el derecho, que a lo largo de la historia se han transgredido en muchas ocasiones |
