Abstract: | The "Diagnostics of teachers training necessities in the areas of Physics and Math” analyzes the obstacles that prevent teachers training, the reasons why they choose to attend courses and training in subjects of their preference, investigates teachers labor related to: educational planning, execution of teachers practice and educational evaluation. The general objective of the investigation is to know which the training necessities of teachers of physics and Mathematics are in educational institutions in Ecuador; eleven teachers participated of three Fiscal institutions in Guano-Penipe-Chimborazo Educational District 06H05. Based on the survey realized six blocks were investigated; institutional data, general investigated information, teachers formation, courses and training and educational practice. The surveyed teachers are part of Fiscal Institutions, they possess nomination, but they have expressed not receiving constant training. In consequence, there are existent debilities that must be strengthening from teacher’s interest and the constant help of pertinent authorities. |
