| Abstract: | The study of the legal entity in the Civil and the Commercial contract of sale, shows the importance of this matter, which directly influences the daily practice of the same, and the income of economic sources for society by employment generation and for the State by means of relevant taxes, to the point that, the final result of the investigation, will be translated into a source of consultation within the matter addressed. Providing relevant information since this way of acquiring a real estate with a mortgage and the prohibition of transferring the same is a way to promote the real estate and financial traffic in the Ecuadorian society |
| Description: | El estudio de la figura jurídica del contrato de compraventa civil y mercantil, demuestra la importancia de este tema, que influye directamente en la práctica diaria y cotidiana del mismo, y el ingreso de fuentes económicas para la sociedad por generación de empleo y para el Estado por concepto de impuestos pertinentes, a tal punto que, el resultado final de la investigación, se traducirá en una fuente de consulta dentro de la materia abordada. Proporcionando información relevante ya que ésta forma de adquirir un bien inmueble con hipoteca abierta y prohibición de enajenar, efectivamente es un medio para promover el tráfico inmobiliario y financiero en la sociedad ecuatoriana. |
