Abstract: In recent years we have witnessed a significant technological innovation in the field of justice, trying to give each user an agile handling processes and decent care, improving buildings and providing technological resources to the judicial system, however all These attempts to improve the administration of justice are dashed to avocados to be outdated laws that facilitate the expansion of the processes that prevent justice is handled with transparency, etc. Product believes this situation to pose the following research, in order to make known some of the shortcomings that remain produce governed by an outdated civil procedure. To fully understand the problems that cross our justice was necessary to establish how processes are developed at present and whether in practice the principles established in the Constitution are met, then it has made a study of the proposal with innovations raised in the so-called COGEP, He could test hypotheses and verify the results of the investigation. Conclusions and recommendations were established.
Description: En los últimos años hemos sido testigos de una importante innovación tecnológica en el campo de la justicia, tratando de brindarle a cada usuario una ágil tramitación a los procesos y una digna atención, mejorando las edificaciones y dotando de recursos tecnológicos al sistema judicial, empero todos estos intentos por mejorar la administración de justicia se ven truncados al estar avocados a leyes caducas, que facilitan la dilatación de los procesos, que impiden que la justicia se maneje con trasparencia, etc. Producto de esta situación creo conveniente plantear la siguiente investigación, con el propósito de dar a conocer algunas de las falencias que produce mantenernos regidos por un procedimiento civil obsoleto. Para conocer a fondo los problemas que a traviesa nuestra justicia, fue necesario establecer cómo se desarrollan los procesos en la actualidad y si en la práctica se cumplen los principios establecidos en la Constitución, posteriormente se ha realizado un estudio de la propuesta con las innovaciones planteadas en el denominado COGEP, Se pudo comprobar las hipótesis y verificar los resultados de la investigación. Se establecieron conclusiones y recomendaciones.
