| Abstract: | This work presents in detail the design of an ODN network, with GPON technology, able to cover the necessary requirements to provide telecommunications services (telephony, internet and digital television) in the city of Loja in the central-eastern sector from “La Pradera” neighborhood through fiber optics as the only means of transmission. The present design has been fully realized under the current design and drawing technical regulations of the CNT E.P for both the demand survey (existing, potential and total) and for its design in AutoCAD. Finally, it was verified if the project is economically viable through a financial analysis taking into account profitability indicators such as VAN and TIR. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo de titulación detalla el diseño de una red ODN (Optical Distribution Network), con tecnología GPON (Gigabit-capable Passive Optical Network), capaz de cubrir los requerimientos necesarios para brindar servicios de telecomunicaciones (telefonía fija, internet y televisión digital) en la ciudad de Loja en el sector centro-oriental desde el barrio La Pradera a través fibra óptica como único medio de transmisión. El presente diseño ha sido realizado plenamente bajo las normativas técnicas de diseño y dibujo vigentes de la CNT E.P tanto para el levantamiento de demanda (existente, potencial y total) como para su diseño en AutoCAD. Finalmente, se verificó que el proyecto es económicamente viable a través de un análisis financiero tomando en cuenta indicadores de rentabilidad como VAN (Valor Actual Neto) y TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno). |
