| Abstract: | The present investigation entitled The management of leadership and values in the adolescents of the canton Yantzaza, province of Zamora Chinchipe, academic year 2017-2018, aims to perform a diagnosis of leadership and leadership management in the high school "Primero de Mayo" ", with 40 students, 40 students and 40 parents, this institution has a total of 75 teachers and 1341 students, this work responds to a descriptive and non-experimental design for the fulfillment of the proposed objectives using methods such as the scientific , hermeneutics and statistics that allowed organizing, analyzing and assessing with the use of surveys and interviews with the educational community, which allowed us to obtain information on their management criteria, leadership and values within the educational institution, for these results, has considered necessary, timely and important, has been developed a functional organic manual for mej Pray their educational quality |
| Description: | La presente investigación titulada La gestión de liderazgo y valores en adolescentes del cantón Yantzaza, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, año lectivo 2017-2018, tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico de la gestión de liderazgo y valores en el colegio de bachillerato “Primero de Mayo”, a través de instrumentos de investigación con la finalidad de hacer un levantamiento de información y elaborar estrategias de cambio, con una muestra de 40 docentes, 40 estudiantes y 40 padres de familia, dicha institución cuenta con un total de 75 docentes y 1341 estudiantes, este trabajo responde a un diseño descriptivo y no experimental para el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos se utilizaron métodos como el científico, hermenéutico y estadístico que permitieron organizar, analizar aplicar y valorar con el empleo de las encuestas y entrevista a la comunidad educativa, las mismas que permitieron conseguir información sobre sus criterios de la gestión, liderazgo y valores dentro de la institución educativa, mediante estos resultados se ha considerado necesario, oportuno e importante elaborar un manual orgánico funcional para mejorar su calidad educativa. |
