dc.description	El presente trabajo de tesis contiene los resultados de la factibilidad de la tecnología Connected Home a través del Internet de las Cosas, en el cual se investigó el desarrollo de dicha tecnología en distintos países para conocer los avances de Connected Home a nivel mundial y por medio del estudio de mercado se pudo verificar que el público encuestado tiene interés sobre la contratación de un servicio de instalación de estos dispositivos inteligentes, además se llegó a conocer la oferta y demanda para las soluciones Connected Home, el precio de la solución y los canales de comercialización A través del estudio técnico, se definió el tamaño de la empresa, la ingeniería de la creación de la empresa prestadora de servicios para soluciones Connected Home, y su organización para conocer la factibilidad técnica. Asimismo se analizó la rentabilidad del proyecto, por medio de la evaluación financiera y los indicadores VAN, TIR y relación beneficio/costo, y se pudo evidenciar que el proyecto es rentable a través del tiempo en todos sus aspectos, ya que existe un mercado potencial para Connected Home.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This thesis work contains the results of the feasibility of Connected Home technology through the Internet of Things, in which the development of this technology in different countries was investigated to know the progress of Connected Home worldwide and through of the market study it was possible to verify that the surveyed public has an interest in hiring an installation service for these intelligent devices, in addition in this market study, the supply and demand for Connected Home solutions, the solution price and the channels for commercialization were included. Through the technical study, the size of the company was defined, the engineering of the creation of the service provider company for Connected Home solutions, and the company organization to know the technical feasibility. Likewise, the profitability of the project was analyzed, through the financial evaluation and the VAN, TIR and benefit / cost indicators, and as conclusion the Connected Home solution is profitable over time in all its aspects, since there is a potential market for Connected Home	es_ES
