dc.description	Considerando de que no son numerosas las publicaciones dentro del área de la Sociología Jurídica, queda un vacío para conocer de cerca la realidad situacional del Profesional del derecho dentro del país, este conocimiento no debería ser solo de los efectos en el ámbito social como ente de impacto, sino también de la retro alimentación informativa que necesariamente la Sociedad en si acumula en torno a los Abogados, y ello permitirá establecer las pautas ideales que se necesita para conseguir un equilibrio Social-Profesional. Para ello se han aplicado una serie de encuestas directas que revelan desde sus inicios formativos docentes, pasando por experiencias Universitarias y terminando ya en si sobre el conocimiento de la técnica Jurídica desde la misma aplicación en su ejercicio sea en el ámbito Civil, Laboral, Penal, etc. y terminando en lo Constitucional. Se pretende llegar a hacer un Diagnostico situacional, de las realidades docentes, laborales, en fin de todas las oportunidades efectivas con las cuales los Abogados deberían contar de forma ideal, para así llegar a un punto de equilibrio de la realidad social y jurídica actuando simultáneamente, por ejemplo la real demanda de profesores de Derecho que hacen falta en las centros Universitarios correspondientes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Considering that there are not many publications within the area of Legal Sociology, there is a vacuum to get a closer look at the situational reality of the Law Professional within the country, this knowledge should not be only of the effects in the social sphere as a body of Impact but also of the informative feedback that the Society itself accumulates around the Lawyers, and this will establish the ideal guidelines that is needed to achieve a Social-Professional balance. To get this, a series of direct surveys have been applied that reveal from the beginnings of teacher training, passing through University experiences and ending already in itself on the knowledge of the legal technique from the same application in its exercise in the Civil, Labor, Criminal, etc. And ending in the Constitutional. The aim is to make a situational diagnosis of the teaching, work realities, in order to all the effective opportunities with which the Lawyers should ideally count, in order to arrive at a balance point of the social and legal reality acting simultaneously.	es_ES
