| Description: | Resumen: El trabajo se centró en el análisis de responsabilidad social ambiental y su influencia en la sostenibilidad de las pymes comerciales del cantón Durán, lo cual orientó al planteamiento de objetivos investigativos, centrándose principalmente en el análisis del grado de RSA en las pymes y desarrollar estrategias de mejora para fortalecer su sostenibilidad, para cumplir con esto se desarrollaron objetivos específicos que consistieron en diagnosticar la conciencia de RSA en las pymes, a través de una encuesta a empleados y propietarios, se validó la importancia de la RSA en la sostenibilidad de estas organizaciones, a través de una encuesta a los clientes y desarrollar estrategias que ayuden a fortalecer la RSA de estas empresas, en aras de fortalecer su posición competitiva y sostenibilidad cada uno de los objetivos se cumplieron lo cual permitió fortalecer la bases estructurales de este estudio. Se aplicaron varios tipos de investigación, métodos y técnicas que permitieron un mejor desarrollo del trabajo, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron la viabilidad de la propuesta a beneficio de las pymes comerciales del cantón Durán The work focused on the analysis of environmental social responsibility and its influence on the sustainability of the commercial SMEs of the Durán canton, which led to the approach of research objectives, focusing mainly on the analysis of the RSA degree in SMEs and developing strategies for improvement to strengthen its sustainability, to meet this specific objectives were developed that consisted in diagnosing the awareness of RSA in SMEs, through a survey of employees and owners, validated the importance of RSA in the sustainability of these organizations, Through a customer survey and develop strategies that help strengthen the RSA of these companies, in order to strengthen their competitive position and sustainability, each of the objectives were met, which allowed strengthening the structural basis of this study. Several types of research, methods and techniques were applied that allowed a better development of the work, the technique used was the survey. The results obtained proved the feasibility of the proposal for the benefit of commercial SMEs in the canton Durán. |
