Description: Abstract:Studies have shown the importance of having the internal public well-informed to create empathy with the company. This theme has been reinforced with the development of technology demonstrating to the world entertaining ways of communicating. For most companies it is a totally unknown discipline, although, there are companies that have integrated in their internal communication system digital tools in order to improve the effectiveness in the transmission of messages. Others have the misconception that adapting to such a system is complex and prefers to maintain traditional communication channels, this apparent complexity prevents them from advancing to the next level, but current competitiveness reveals the need for companies to incorporate these advances in order to survive in the business market. In the methodology used was the quantitative method that has as an instrument the online survey applied to those in charge of the area of communication, with a database of 100 companies, of which dolo was obtained the answer of a total of 43 surveys.
