dc.description	Los proveedores de servicios de tecnología tienen retos diferentes a los que se enfrentan las organizaciones que utilizan herramientas tecnológicas para sustentar las operaciones que permiten llegar a cabo su negocio. Su enfoque es estar siempre a la vanguardia de la tecnología en el llamado “Estado del arte”, debido a que el negocio en el que se encuentran inmersas así lo exige. En este contexto, las empresas con procesos complejos deben apoyarse en algún marco de trabajo para la gestión de los recursos de TI que son utilizados para poner en marcha su negocio. La propuesta más sencilla de la Arquitectura Empresarial indica que existen cuatro dominios principales: Arquitectura de Negocio, Arquitectura de Datos, Arquitectura de Aplicaciones y Arquitectura de Tecnología. Para construir esta Arquitectura Empresarial, el presente trabajo tendrá como objetivo definir un Modelo Técnico de Referencia (TRM) utilizando como fundamento el propuesto por TOGAF, que sea aplicable a Telconet Cloud Center y que permita a la organización poder alcanzar nuevas metas de negocio de manera eficiente, aumentando la productividad y satisfacción de los clientes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Technology service providers have different challenges than organizations that use technology tools to support the operations that enable them to get their business done. Their approach is always be at the forefront of technology in the so-called "State of the art", because the business in which they are immersed so demands. In this context, companies with complex processes must rely on some framework for managing the IT resources that are used to start up their business. The simplest proposal of the Enterprise Architecture indicates that there are four main domains: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. To build this Enterprise Architecture, the present work will aim to define a Technical Reference Model (TRM) using as foundation the proposed by TOGAF, that is applicable to Telconet Cloud Center and that will allow the organization to reach new goals of business efficiently, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction	es_ES
