This will ensure the company can adapt to market demands and enhance its competitiveness in the construction sector. Currently, the organization faces challenges such as time-consuming inventory management of construction materials, delivery failures, and poor interdepartmental coordination. Therefore, this research project was conducted as a proposal for the implementation of integrated systems that manage business and emerging technologies in storage and transportation. These systems will allow for real-time monitoring and error reduction. Furthermore, the plan aims to identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing current storage and distribution processes, thus detecting inefficiencies in inventory management, logistics, and transportation. The suggested strategies seek to strengthen the supply chain, guarantee timely deliveries, and optimize processes, contributing to the company's sustainable growth. Description: Resumen: El plan de mejora del procedimiento de almacenamiento y distribución de mercancías en EJBC CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S., ubicada en Milagro, tiene como objetivo principal lograr una mayor eficiencia operativa, reducir los costos asociados en los procesos actuales de logística y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, asegurando que la empresa pueda adaptarse a las demandas del mercado y potenciar su competitividad en el sector de la construcción.
