dc.description	Resumen: La deshumanización de la medicina es un fenómeno mundial que tiene diversas causas, que se agrava con el avance de la tecnología originando que los servicios médicos que brindan los hospitales sean cada vez más apartados del trato que se merecen los pacientes como seres humanos que sufren la experiencia del dolor que les produce la enfermedad. En el hospital de SOLCA Loja se detectó a través de encuestas que el 88% de los trabajadores creen que se trabaja de forma deshumanizada, y que se necesitan programas de humanización continua para lograr un trato integral al paciente. Tomando en consideración estas apreciaciones, se propuso el presente trabajo que intenta humanizar los servicios para mejorar el trato al paciente y que toma en cuenta al personal sanitario y médico que labora en la institución, proporcionando técnicas de protección psicológica y apoyo para evitar el desgaste profesional. Para la realización de esta propuesta se contó con el apoyo de expertos en el campo de la humanización y ética médica, especialistas en oncología, psicología, la Fundación Sonrisa y el voluntariado de SOLCA Loja, a través de talleres e implementación de un protocolo de ingreso a hospitalización con sentido humanista.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The dehumanization of medicine is a worldwide phenomenon that has various causes, which is aggravated by the advance of technology causing the medical services provided by hospitals are increasingly sections of treatment patients as human beings suffering deserve the experience of pain that occurs with the disease. In the hospital SOLCA Loja was detected through surveys that 88% of workers believe they work so dehumanized, and continued humanization programs are needed to achieve a comprehensive treatment of the patient. Considering these findings, the present work attempts to humanize services to improve patient treatment and taking into account the health and medical personnel working in the institution, providing protection techniques and psychological support to prevent burnout proposed . For the realization of this proposal will be counted on the support of experts in the field of humanization and medical ethics specialists in oncology, psychology, Smile Foundation and volunteering SOLCA Loja, through workshops and implementation of a protocol entry hospitalization humanistic sense.	es_ES
