Abstract

This work degree is about the analysis of administrative and financial tools for the short decisionmaking and use in “Silvana Textile Center” company production, in the Cuenca city, 2014, and is geared to this organization has timely and efficient tools to help to create value will attain greater market positioning, the best results have been planned and benefit the company in its competitive participation today. This research presents important aspects related to the objectives, the research problem, the study variables, the hypothesis, development and results of the process applied in the design and implementation of management model for processes for the decisionmaking for “Silvana Textile Center” company, in the Cuenca city, 2014. The conclusions and recommendations of this work degree, but especially the implementation of this, give a strong and significant contribution on this important topic because it strengthens and guides the achievement of the above objectives. On the one hand, the general objective related to the analysis and implementation of the administrative and financial tools, and secondly, those specific objectives related to each of the chapters.
