Abstract

The present work of titulación end was carried out with the purpose of to analyze and to apply the administrative tools - financial for the taking of short term decisions of the company "Gonzanamálac Cía. Ltda"., Year 2014 whose main objective is the delivery of outstanding and opportune information that serves as support in to the one taking of decisions of the areas so much administrative and countable, in the smallest possible time and with the security and accuracy that it characterizes to the countable information. Through this thesis project they can be known or to give an idea of the weak points of the company, what will allow to put bigger focus in them and to be able this way to transform them into strength, also improving the acting of their administrative, financial activities and accountants. For this process it was studied the philosophy and contemporary administrative tools for the taking of short term decisions; he/she was carried out the situational diagnosis of the administrative aspects - financial of the company their antecedents, the philosophy, structures and analysis of the production costs and sale. Knowing the proposals of the administrative tools for the taking of decisions by means of the indexes of profitability, and their production level.
