Abstract

This thesis is the development of an analysis of the administrative- financial tools for making short-term decisions and application in the production company PIZZERIA ROMA city of Loja, whose main objective is to deliver relevant and timely information that supports the decision of the administrative and accounting areas in the shortest time possible and with the security and accuracy that characterizes the accounting information. Through this work we can know or give an idea of the weaknesses of the company, which will put more focus on them and turn them into strengths to achieve, also improving the performance of its administrative, financial and accounting activities. When designing this system focused on the main item of income of the company is able to optimize time and human resources in the development of accounting, the accounting records becoming more accurate information and security. Finally, this research suggests that administrative tools are considered, and there make the respective monitoring of the impact it will have on the company.
