Análisis de los criterios generadores de proyecto arquitectónico según los hechos de la arquitectura, Loja 2014

Abstract

This research is based on identifying which aspects involved in criteria of architectural projects, for it was determined the historical moments where architecture was linked to craft and art, analyzing the contributions both material and theoretical throughout history. Consequently I have established that there are, in nowadays, two realities related with the elaboration of architectural projects: The first one is the fact of the architecture, which is a pre-projective structure that directs the actions of design into a checking field. The second one is called the formal fact, in this case the form is the objective, and its function is justified on the concept. There are parameters to define the two realities (fact of the architecture and formal fact). Both building a value structure, where are identify the professional and student’s preferences to design. All this is an answer to determine the coherence or arbitrary in the decisions about an architectural project. Also, there are some structures that will provide criteria able to translate the issues and ideas of the project to a precise and verifiable architectural language, with the purpose to the design process to be understood through a formal check (visual) and not justified from a concept.
