dc.description	El presente trabajo de investigación se origina por la necesidad urgente que tiene el cantón Gualaquiza de contar con un nuevo terminal terrestre. El actual terminal se construyó en 1992 de acuerdo a las necesidades de los habitantes de ese entonces, sin embargo en la actualidad su infraestructura ya no es suficiente para la cantidad de población que demanda este servicio. Además debido al crecimiento urbano el terminal ha quedado inmerso en el centro de la ciudad, provocando conflictos vehiculares en el sector. Este trabajo realiza la propuesta arquitectónica del nuevo terminal terrestre del cantón Gualaquiza como una oportunidad para satisfacer cómodamente las necesidades de movilidad y a la vez incentivar el desarrollo social y económico del Cantón. El diseño estará acorde a la normativa de terminales de transporte terrestre e incorporará principios de arquitectura bioclimática como la orientación - geometría del edificio, control solar y ventilación natural	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present research is caused by the urgent need for the canton Gualaquiza to have a new bus terminal. The current terminal was built in 1992 according to the needs of the people of the time, but now its infrastructure is no longer sufficient for the number of people requiring this service. Also due to urban growth, the terminal has been immersed in the city center, causing vehicular conflicts in the sector. This work makes the proposal of the new bus terminal architectural canton Gualaquiza as an opportunity to comfortably meet the mobility needs while encouraging social development and econónimo Canton. The design will be according to the rules of land transportation terminals and incorporate the following principles of bioclimatic architecture: location and orientation of the building, solar control and natural ventilation.	es_ES
