Abstract

The present work of research has the general objective to propose a program of implementation of CSR in SMEs Yantzaza city, revealing the process that must be done to achieve this; it means increase value for the company and its stakeholder’s interest. The work consists of 5 chapters, in the first, a theoretical framework to argue research with respect to the subject theoretical basis is developed, the problems and objectives; The second chapter mentions the general context of SMEs Yantzaza city, allowing learn more about the reality of them. In the third chapter, the methodology is described, ie the type of study, the population sample and the sources and techniques that were used to obtain the required information, which is processed in the results contained in Chapter 4, ie it tabulated and analyzed all and each of the questions asked in the survey. Processing the information mentioned elements that allow the proposal in Chapter 5, to finally finish with conclusions and recommendations obtained.
