Propuesta para mejorar el funcionamiento del Departamento de Tesis de la Facultad de Economía de la Universidad Central del Ecuador

Abstract

On the following investigation a proposal was performed to improve the functioning of the Department of Thesis of the Economic Sciences Faculty of the Central University of Ecuador. Five chapters were developed in order to fulfill the above mentioned proposal. Chapter I, contains the Thesis plan. On Chapter II, a situational diagnosis of the proposal for the improvement of the department was performed with the objective of knowing its structure and functioning. On chapter III, the problematic to act about the above mentioned was identified. On Chapter IV, a proposal and an action plan was designed to improve the development of the work activities and structure of the department to ensure the functioning and productivity. On Chapter V, the elaboration of conclusions and recommendations reached after completion of the investigation work.
