Plan de negocios para el Complejo Ecoturístico en el Cantón Loreto Provincia de Orellana, 2014-2015

Abstract

The Ecolodge "Victory Camp" is a place which its tourist activity is to provide accommodation by cabanas, it was created from the desire to have a place that provides recreation for families in a natural environment, away from the noise of the city and contact with nature as well as improving the local economy by creating jobs, also achieving sustainable long term way of the lodge and looking to become a first class lodge that is known for providing accommodation services, food and recreation efficiently and responsible with the natural environment. Due to a great demand of a place with all commodities, the development of the lodge will contribute to these necessities to be supplied; the lodge will be an attractive tourism place, either for local or for international visitors, families who plan to visit Canton Loreto. A high investment is required, but it is justified by the positive cost-benefit generated on based of financial results, showing positive cash flows from the first year of operation, representing an attractive project.
