Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Santo Domingo de Guzmán, de la provincia de Pichincha, ciudad de Quito, periodo 2012 - 2013

Abstract

This work is focused to the teaching area which gives its important help for the structural changes that have taken place in the country with the main goal that is to improve the educational level and quality of the Ecuadorian students, who are the main part about the teaching activity, and it let´s do an analyze about the diagnostic of teachers education in the Saint Dominic High school, through surveys given to the teachers who work in the unique high school, and that have permitted to get general information about them. It let elaborate a capacitation about a course of teacher´s education, through which they can adapt their time and resources to attend to the couching, and in that way they will get the knowledge to develop in their professional lives. This professional course has focused its resources which teacher could use in their teaching practice to apply in the best way. Students are the present and the future of the educational system, and all of the teachers should do the best to get methods of quality that will be reflected in students
