dc.description	Resumen: La presente investigación tiene por objetivo presentar un estudio entre las diferentes disparidades regionales y la incidencia de los índices de talento, tecnología y tolerancia con el crecimiento económico de las provincias ecuatorianas para el año 2010, conjuntamente con otros factores productivos. Se parte del modelo de las 3 T-s del modelo de desarrollo económico de Richard Florida. Los resultados de la investigación evidencian como ciertas provincias han desarrollado las 3 T-s y otras no, favoreciendo o limitando el crecimiento de estas provincias, siendo la desigualdad socioeconómica una de las limitantes entre las provincias para avanzar hacia una convergencia más efectiva, en tal virtud el progreso de la era creativa, ha favorecido no solo a la producción, sino también a la creación de zonas idóneas para mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población, ante esto existen significativas disparidades sobre la distribución del talento, la tecnología y la tolerancia que favorecen el crecimiento de ciertas provincias.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This research aims to present a study of the different regional disparities and incidence rates talent, technology and tolerance with economic growth of the Ecuadorian provinces for 2010, together with other factors of production. It is part of the model of the 3 T-s of economic development model of Richard Florida. The research results show as some provinces have developed 3 T-s and not others, favoring or limiting the growth of these provinces, socioeconomic inequality remains one of the limitations in the provinces to move towards a more effective convergence, in that under the creative progress was favored not only production, but also creating suitable to improve the living conditions of the population areas, to this there are significant disparities on the distribution of talent, technology and tolerance that favor the growth of certain provinces.	es_ES
