dc.description.abstractThis research work is part of the " educational management in the classroom: School social climate from the perceptions of students and teachers of the seventh year of basic education schools "Promesas Lucianas" and "Marietta de Veintemilla " in the province of Guayas, 2012-2013, with the participation of principals, teachers and students of the seventh year, applying techniques and strategies according to research. The main objective of investigating to schools Promesas Lucianas and Marietta de Veintemilla, we know the current pedagogical management and classroom environment as elements of measurement and description of the environment in which the educational process unfolds. The exploratory, descriptive, analytic-synthetic, inductive and deductive methods, and techniques: direct observation, interview and application of questionnaires Moos and Trickett allowed obtaining accurate information for this investigation. The most important conclusion obtained is related to the lack of control at the time of an activity , team work , requiring commitment by the teachers of rural and urban areas to ensure their students' learning , for this reason , we have designed a proposal for control tasks and improve student behavior .es_ES
