Abstract

The activities developed in the “Virgen de Fátima” parish, are based on the proposal presented in the "Management of Parish Boards 2013". In this document priority works are oriented towards the good living of citizens and shared responsibility of joined forge goals, committing the authorities to make the suggested works. Within all social, economic, political, educational, technological and environmental drawbacks Lady of Fatima parish tries to address; one of the most important is to be in the priority agenda of GAD, and condition the resources in the budget of the municipality to the startup of the works. The residents already recognize the importance of participating in the proceedings of changes and react positively even to arbitrary measures required by some sectors of interest. The laws of the parishes are part of the council ordinances and rules and statutes of COOTAD, and have become a citizen and community support reordering
