The present study of analysis of the administrative tools for the capture of decisions has as end manage to know the performance of these models who use as great help to be able to identify and create strategic actions that allow to reach the aims of an organization managing to know how they affect the variables of costs, prices, volumes of production, usefulness, on a market that nowadays is in constant increasing movement in the technological and included age that does that the majority of companies have the need to optimize as high place as possible the processes of creation of goods and services As way of satisfaction to the client reducing and administering of better way the resources, generating chains of value that determine the quality of the products and satisfy the needs of the clients, besides these reasons the use of these tools is going to use as great help for the new companies that incur on the market and for lack of experience could manage to commit mistakes in the production of his goods or services causing, economic losses, deficit in his flows of funds, non-liquidity, insolvency and for end the definitive disappearance of the company For what it is a clear reason to adapt these activities of fundamental that will allow to facilitate the work of taking correct decisions to be able to offer safety and stability to his collaborators as well as reach the goals that the majority of the times will be that of managerial expansion, technological innovation, constant training, prestige on the market, competition, generating added value and competitive advantages that it allows them to survive at present and could reorganize to future new tactics and ways of generating better benefits to the clients, who are the raison d'être of a company.
